Welcome! I'm so glad that you're here!

My intention is to share the importance of wholistic health - the mind, body, and spirit. I have learned through my schooling, professional, and personal experience that there is no "one size fits all." We are all uniquely made - just like you!

Not long after graduating and spending most of life in Windsor, Ontario, I ventured off to call Calgary, Alberta - my home. In my free time, you will catch me going for hikes, spending time with my energetic Australian Shepherd, going to a yoga class, and a good cup of warm tea while listening to some new music. 

Therapeutic Approach



My approach to therapy is built upon that every individual is uniquely different. I enter the therapy room with a foundation of person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches. I utilize several models of therapy into my practice including:

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Recently, I completed training in Foundational Trauma Yoga with the pursuit of 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2023. 

I also have a strong philosophy of the importance of mind-body connection. I am trained in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR Consulting trained) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). These approaches utilize a combination of techniques to reprogram the way distressing memories and beliefs are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions.
